In the past, Winter Park had some of the finest restaurants around such as Maison Des Crepes, Pebbles and Blackfin Restaurant. In addition to their great cuisine, they also shared one other common thread, Executive Chef John Walker -- and fortunately for Kissimmee, Florida, Chef John has brought over 25 years of experience and his style of cooking to our front porch at the downtown City Centre.

In addition to his Caribbean flare with seafood (which helped him capture the coveted Foodie Awards for Best Seafood Restaurant while at Blackfin in 2004), Chef John offers Crepes St. Jacques, parmesan crusted snapper, fried grouper and crawfish grits on the menu at a quaint, little restaurant located at 16 E. Dakin Avenue called Chef John’s Dockside Inn. Chef John’s serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch with a delightful menu that would appeal to both the seafood and non-seafood lover alike. In addition to eggs benedict, pasta dishes, steaks, crab cakes and seafood salads, a generous kids menu and homemade desserts will are featured.
